Most short-form projects (proposals, blog posts, product descriptions) are delivered within 3–5 business days. Longer projects like ebooks or full ghostwriting are scoped individually with a clear deadline agreed upfront.
AI helps speed up drafting and research, but every piece is reviewed, edited and approved by a human before delivery. You're paying for the finished, quality-checked result — not raw AI output.
No. We offer proofreading, editing, formatting, language improvement and research assistance for academic work, but we don't write assignments for students to submit as their own work.
Yes. Your documents and business information are kept confidential. An NDA is available on request for sensitive projects.
You'll receive a fixed quote after your brief is reviewed. You then pay securely online through Stripe by debit or credit card — upfront or as a deposit, depending on project size — before work begins.
A round of revisions is included in every quote. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope can be added at a small extra cost.
If you cancel before work begins, you'll get a full refund; part-way through, you're refunded for work not yet done. Full details, including how to cancel The Retainer, are in our terms.

Quotes and payment
Every project starts with a written, fixed quote. Payment is due upfront, or as a deposit depending on project size, before work begins. You pay securely online through Stripe by debit or credit card; we never see or store your card details. The minimum order is RM100. The Overhaul is a one-off fee; The Retainer is billed monthly in advance.
Delivery and revisions
Finished work is delivered digitally by the deadline in your quote, usually within 3–5 business days for short-form projects. One round of revisions is included; further rounds beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Refunds
If you cancel before work begins, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel part-way through, we'll refund what you've paid, less the value of work already completed against your quote, and that work is yours to keep. Delivered work isn't refundable, but if it doesn't match the agreed brief, we'll put it right. If we can't complete your project, you'll be refunded in full for anything not delivered.
Cancelling The Retainer
The Retainer runs month to month, with no minimum term. Cancel any time by email before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Management continues until the end of the month you've paid for; part-months aren't refunded.
Requests and disputes
To request a refund or cancel, email Public_entertainer36@proton.me. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show them. If something isn't right, please contact us before raising it with your bank. We reply within 1–2 business days and will work with you to resolve it.

Your documents and business information are kept confidential. An NDA is available on request for sensitive projects.
Privacy notice
We collect the details you give us through the contact form or by email (your name, email address, company and project details). We use them only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver your work and keep the records the law requires. Giving us these details is voluntary, but without them we can't reply or quote. Form messages reach us through FormSubmit and payments are processed by Stripe; both may handle your data outside Malaysia. We never sell your information or share it for marketing. To access, correct or delete your personal data, or to limit how we use it, email Public_entertainer36@proton.me. If this notice and the Bahasa Malaysia version differ, the English version applies.
